This porridge is made of quinoa flakes, not the seeds. The porridge has a bitter taste and needs quite a lot of added flavour like ginger, cinnamon, cardamom or honey.

Fried “raw food salad” with beans and quinoa
This salad is a lightly fried raw food salad – at which point it no longer qualifies as raw food. It feels a little more like a meal than when it is served cold. The salad can be eaten for lunch or as a side dish.
You can vary this recipe using any vegetables you like, use whatever is in season.
Cooking time: 30 minutes, 20 minutes if you have precooked quinoa.

Mixed bean burger in the oven
Veggie burgers baked in the oven saves time. It also saves on using extra oil for frying and they come out nice and crispy.
Any leftovers? Put them in your lunch box for the next day or serve them with roasted vegetables for dinner tomorrow. They can also be frozen and used at a later date.
8 burgers. Cooking time: 50 minutes, including 20 minutes relaxation whilst the burgers are in the oven.
