Who’s turn…? list

Sharing housework can be tough. To make it fair you can use the “Who’s turn…?” lists below. Using the “Who’s turn…?” list will make sure that the work is evenly divided between the members of the household, hopefully minimizing any quarrels about it, so you can focus on the fun stuff in life. Do this:

  • Print out the “Who’s turn…?” list in A4 or letter size.
  • Fill it out with tasks to be done in the first column and who should share the tasks in the other columns.
  • Stick it to the fridge with magnets.
  • Take small magnets and put them on each name. If it’s John’s turn to “Get groceries” cover Maria’s name and leave John’s name visible. When John has gotten the groceries he moves the magnet so it covers his own name and leaves Maria’s name visible. So, if a name is visible that is the person who should get groceries the next time.
  • Good luck!
