2-in-1: Celery, carrot and parsley juice and burgers

parsley juiceThis juice really tastes of fresh parsley – in a very nice way.
Makes 300 ml / 0.5 pint of juice in a juice press.


  • 150 ml / 0.5 cup parsley
  • 3 celery sticks
  • carrots
  • 0.5 apple

  • The left over pulp
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml / 2 oz / 25 g strong grated cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Cooking instructionsHow to

  1. Mix all ingredients apart from the oil in a bowl.
  2. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Form the mix to 2 burgers and fry on medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with hamburger bread, sallad and a dollop of yoghurt.
