This juice really tastes of fresh parsley – in a very nice way.
Makes 300 ml / 0.5 pint of juice in a juice press.
- 150 ml / 0.5 cup parsley
- 3 celery sticks
- 3 carrots
- 0.5 apple

Celery, carrot and parsley burgers
- The left over pulp
- 1 egg
- 50 ml / 2 oz / 25 g strong grated cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- Mix all ingredients apart from the oil in a bowl.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Form the mix to 2 burgers and fry on medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes on each side.
- Serve with hamburger bread, sallad and a dollop of yoghurt.
