A very tasty and quick to make bean créme. Can be eaten both with sallads and on a sandwich. Serve the créme warm or cold, both is nice.

- 230 g / 8 oz black beans
- 8 sun dried tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp oil
- Clean 1 red chili. Reduce the hotness by removing the white membrane inside the chili. Peel and chop 1 red onion and cut 8 sun dried tomatoes into pieces.
- Brown chili, onion and tomatoes in 1 tbsp oil for a few minutes. Rinse 1 packet of black beans and add them.
- Put everything in a bowl and mix with a handheld mixer. Not too smoothly, there should still be small pieces in the créme.
- When you do the dishes, take moment to be mindful. Feel the temperature of the water on your hands when you wash the bowl. Let the water run over your hands and note the feeling. Try staying in the present as long as you can.
