  • 230 g / 8 oz black beans
  • 8 sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 tbsp oil

Cooking instructionsHow to

  1. Clean 1 red chili. Reduce the hotness by removing the white membrane inside the chili. Peel and chop 1 red onion and cut 8 sun dried tomatoes into pieces.
  2. Brown chili, onion and tomatoes in 1 tbsp oil for a few minutes. Rinse 1 packet of black beans and add them.
  3. Put everything in a bowl and mix with a handheld mixer. Not too smoothly, there should still be small pieces in the créme.
