A healthy and filling evening snack instead of reaching for a bag of crisps.
- 1 slice rye bread
- 50 ml / 1 1/2 oz cottage cheese
- 0.25 avocado
- Toast the bread. Put the cottage cheese on the bread, no butter needed. Slice the avocado and put on top. For a bit of extra spice, add some salt and black pepper.
- Take a few moments to be mindful when you eat. Before eating, notice the colours and shapes of the foods. Feel the surface. Does it taste the same way as it looks like it tastes? Try to stay focused on the food while you eat.
