Fruit salad and cottage cheese snack

Cooking time 15 minutes for 1 portion

  • 250 ml / 9 oz fruit salad
  • 100 ml / 3 1/2 oz cottage cheese

Cooking instructionsHow to

  1. Make a fruit salad of for example apples, pears, bananas, grapes, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. Serve with cottage cheese.
  2. Take a few moments to be mindful when you eat. Close your eyes and smell the food. What scents do you feel from the food? Is one scent stronger than others? How does your mind react to the scents? Take a few deep breaths before you eat.
