BananpannkakorThere is actually just banana, egg and cinnamon in this recipe. Super quick, super simple and super nice.
The cinnamon can be left out or replaced with cardamon or vanilla extract.
2 portions, or 4 small pancakes.
Cooking time 15 minutes for 2 portions

IngredientsIngredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 egg
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp oil

Cooking instructionsHow to

  1. Mash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl with a fork until there are no pieces left. Stir in 3 egg and 0.5 tsp cinnamon.
  2. Fry the pancakes in 1 tbsp oil on medium heat. They will burn easily if the temperature is too high.
  3. Take a moment to be mindful when you cook. Can you use your hearing when you cook? What sounds are there? Bubbling, hacking? Observe the sounds.
  4. The pancakes are so sweet you don’t need to add any extra jam or sugar for serving them. A dollop of yogurt and some fruit is enough.
