Scrambled eggs in the microwave oven – a quick post training snack

Scrambled eggs in the microwave ovenScrambled egg are nice and a good source of protein. Cooking scrambled egg in the microwave oven is very fast.
Cooking time 5 minutes for 1 portion




  • 2 egg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking instructionsHow to

  1. Mix everything apart from salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Microwave for about 3 minutes on full effect. Make sure to stir every half a minute to see it the time is right. If you cook it for too long it will be hard.
  3. Take a moment to be mindful. Count how many breaths you can take during each 30 second intervall. Fokus on the breathing.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you salt beforehand it may turn hard.
