Scrambled egg are nice and a good source of protein. Cooking scrambled egg in the microwave oven is very fast.
- 2 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper
- Mix everything apart from salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Microwave for about 3 minutes on full effect. Make sure to stir every half a minute to see it the time is right. If you cook it for too long it will be hard.
- Take a moment to be mindful. Count how many breaths you can take during each 30 second intervall. Fokus on the breathing.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. If you salt beforehand it may turn hard.
