Horseradish cream – a side to burgers or a sandwich spread

Horseradish creamThis cream is stupefyingly tasty and stupefyingly easy to make. It is great with burgers but also to spread on sandwiches!
Cooking time 5 minutes for 3 portions




  • 1 packet / 200 g / 7 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (the light cheese with 12% fat also works)
  • 1 tbsp finely grated horseradish

Cooking instructionsHow to

  1. Mix 1 packet of Philadelphia cream cheese and 1 tbsp finely grated horseradish. Done! Simple, huh?
  2. Take a moment and think about what impact your food has on the world. Is it good for the environment? How far has it been transported? Appreciate that you have chosen a vegetarian option that has less environmental impact than, say, meat.
